Booking Policy:
There are just 4 simple steps to book a China tour with us:
Step 1: Fill in and submit an inquiry
Step 2: Free customization until a satisfied itinerary with quote
Step 3: Pay 30%+ deposit
Step 4: Confirmation
All bookings made with China Expedition Tours (hereinafter referred as CET) are rule-governed by the Terms and Conditions. No contract obligation between the customer and CET shall exist until CET receives the deposit payment from the customer side and issues the Confirmation Letter. The customer who make the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of the travel party, and is responsible for final full payment due from the travel party.
A booking with CET is only available and valid for customers whose age is ≥18 years old. Customers under 18 should be accompanied by at least one adult whose age is ≥18 years old when using CET’s travel service.
Pricing shown on the CET website shall be recognized as the quote price based on the off-the-peg tours. Should the customer have any special condition and/or additional requirements, our travel consultant will customize the tour, and the tour price will be changed accordingly.
All prices quoted or shown on the CET website are based on current suppliers’ quotations and are subject to change without notice. After the Confirmation Letter is issued to the customer, the final booking price is guaranteed against any changes unless due to the introduction or increase of any taxes or fees by the governmental authorities or any other cost increase beyond the control of CET.
If any incorrect price has been posted on the CET website, we reserve the right to cancel, amend or limit the order placed at the incorrect price.
By finalizing a booking, the customer acknowledges and warrants to comply with all the arrangements, conclusions, exclusions and all other items in the tour proposal.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel your trip to China for some certain reasons. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your booking with us, we need to receive your request in written form, and all vouchers or tickets returned to us. However, not all bookings can be cancelled and cancellation fee will be charged.
China Tour
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

China Flight
The cancellation policy varies by different Airline Company. Please read the "Rules & Restrictions “of different flights when you make the reservation. Airlines will charge a cancellation fee when you cancel your booking. Some discount tickets are completely non-refundable.
China Train
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

Note: This is ONLY applicable to China domestic trains. The trains to Hong Kong have special policy for cancellation. Please confirm the booking details with your travel consultant.
China Cruise
Yangtze River Cruise fare can’t be refunded if you cancel within 35 days before departure. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment. If a traveler cancelled while a tour is in progress, unused services can't be refunded. If a traveler missed any programs because of late arrival or/and early departure, unused services can't be refunded.
