This one day tour will let you enjoy more attractive highlights of Shanghai compared with the other tours. Wake up naturally and free at your leisure in the morning, you will be picked up by our guide and driver at 12:30pm. You'll start with Yu Yuan, a tranquil Ming Dynasty-era garden in the heart of old Shanghai before delving into Shanghai's traditional Chinese side, explore its unique East-meets-West legacy in the French Concession, where tree-lined streets, imposing villas. Tianzifang ,attracting thousands of visitors from all over the world everyday to see the typical Shanghai old lanes and houses, as well as the unique stores there. When you take on the Night-View Sightseeing Cruise, as you view the lights and spectacle from the deck of your evening cruise, there is plenty to keep your eyes from ever resting. The last place of today’s trip, Xintiandi is an affluent car-free shopping, eating and entertainment district of Shanghai. You can enjoy your nice dinner as your own.
Itinerary
Yu Garden (1 hour): Yu Garden or Yuyuan Garden is a renowned traditional landscape garden in Jiangnan. The garden is a virtual maze of caves, gardens, rockeries, paths, bridges, and buildings.
Walk on the Old French Concession with visit of the Former Residences of Celebrities (1 hour): The French Concession is the area of Shanghai once designated for the French, consisting of today's Luwan and Xuhui Districts. It was a home for celebrities in old shanghai.
Tianzifang Street (1 hour): It is an arts and crafts enclave that has developed from a renovated residential area in the French Concession area of Shanghai.
Featured Shopping at Pearl City (30 minutes)
The Bund Night Stroll (40 minutes): Walking along the Bund, you can see the modern skylines of this China's biggest city.
Charming Shanghai Night-View Tour by Sightseeing Cruise (1 hour):The Huangpu River is the symbol and embodiment of Shanghai, just like the Thames of London, the Seine of Paris and the Danube of Budapest. The Huangpu River is a must for travelers to Shanghai. It is a branch of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. You can have a cruise on the river to enjoy the view.
Xintiandi Bar Street & End the tour. (Travelers of unwilling to have dinner in the Xintiandi will be dropped back their hotel)
