Tianjin Museum of Science and Technology
Located in Longchang Road, Hexi District, the Museum of Science and Technology covers an area of 21,000 square meters. The building of the Museum began in 1992 and it has been open to the public since the New Year's Day, 1995. The Science and Technology Hall of the Museum is unique in architectural style with the main structure being shaped like a bridge. A spherical structure, 30 meters in diameter, resting on the bridge gives one the impression of the rising sun.
The Display Hall, located in the centre of the museum, is the main part of the Tianjin Museum of Science and Technology. The upper and lower floors of the Display Hall are divided into 14 sections, devoted to different branches of science and special technologies. Altogether the Hall displays 318 exhibits or sets of exhibits.

Transportation: Take Bus No.858 at Tianjin Station (Platform A) and get off at Book Building. Then take 606 or 846 to the Museum.
